Nice ti have a teacher who pays a lot of attention to personal goals, interests and level. I enjoy the structured homework and easy file sharing, as well as the "live feedback" and vocabulary in the chat, very helpful!

Class is always a pleasure with Yohenia. She has a patient and kind approach to our lessons. I appreciate that she gives and reviews homework because it helps me refresh and dive deeper into all that I learn during our weekly classes. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn because she listens to your goals and adjusts her lessons to acheive them.

I had some time off in between lessons, so I was worried that I would struggle or that I would not be able to keep up, but I really did not need to have those concerns. Yohenia was very patient and understanding and immediately helped me feel comfortable. She has a calm, caring demeanor, and you can tell she genuinely wants to see you succeed. Yohenia expertly tailors each lesson to my needs and goes above and beyond to introduce new concepts/practice my weak points in a way that feels fresh without becoming frustrating. She is really the best teacher!!!

Another great lesson with Yohenia! She is constantly helping me improve my Spanish in ways that I wouldn't thought of. Today, we practiced role-playing various real-life scenarios to improve my vocabulary and usage of certain grammatical concepts. I already feel like I understand these concepts much better than before because Yohenia emphasizes using new grammatical structures and vocabulary naturally. Muchas gracias Yohenia!

Yohenia is a great teacher! She works with you and creates custom lesson plans based on the knowledge you have. I have over a 1,100 day streak on Duolingo learning spanish, but I have learned more from Yohenia in our first five lessons than those 1,100 days. She is very patient and doesn't rush when I am trying to remember a word. She is really helpful at getting me more comfortable and relaxed so I can speak Spanish with others. Best teacher ever!!!
