It was really easy to talk with Aiko Sensei! She consistently provided me with corrections, even small ones (dropped particles/unusual collocations) to help make my Japanese sound more natural. Clearly Aiko has experience as a Japanese teacher. I hope to take more classes with her in the future!

We are continuing to learn the many different ways of counting in Japanese. It’s a lot to remember and thankfully the structure is fairly similar, just different ways of saying the numbers. Aiko is very patient, encouraging and understanding. I always try my best to practice hard in and out of class.

It has been about two weeks since put previous lesson so we reviewed the previous material to make sure it was fresh in my mind. Aiko is very patient and incredibly encouraging during lessons. She never makes you feel bad for forgetting a word and does a great job repeating herself and having you repeat difficult sentences so you get the practice. Honestly my italki lessons are one of my favorite parts of the week

Aiko先生 is a wonderful Japanese teacher who is very patient and attentive. She listens carefully and gently corrects my mistakes, helping me improve my Japanese step by step. She puts a lot of thought and effort into preparing each lesson, making the classes effective and enjoyable. Her encouragement and support give me confidence and motivation to continue learning. I highly recommend Aiko先生 to anyone who wants to learn Japanese.

Today we were learning to count people and it was tricky in the beginning plus remembering vocabulary. Aiko is always very patient and encouraging as we practice. I always appreciate how she asks questions using the vocab and structure about my life so I have the practice answering in my way.

Today we learned directions and how to describe the location of an object. It was a little difficult and at the same time very fun! I look forward to practicing more!
