Hello! My name is Natassa and I'm from Greece. I love travelling and meeting people from different countries. I enjoy having new exciting experiences and gaining new knowledge. In my free time I volunteer helping animals in shelters, I meet friends and go on trips. I have travelled to Bali, Cuba, Dubai, the USA and in many countries in Europe. I am fun, funny and patient and my priority is to help learners believe in themselves and feel confident to communicate in a foreign language.

I have been working as an English and Greek teacher for 16 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics, a Master's degree in Special Education and a DELTA diploma (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) awarded from Cambridge University. I have also spent two years studying Media Assisted Language Teaching at Brighton University. I have taught young learners, teenagers and adults and I have experience in teaching General English, Business English, Conversation and Exam Preparation classes. I have worked as a private tutor but also as an English teacher in language schools, international summer schools in Europe and in public schools in Greece. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
When I teach I try to guide students and give them opportunities to explore and discover language. The activities I plan are interactive and I make use of a variety of teaching material, such as power point presentations, handouts, online quizzes, videos, different kinds of texts and books. I consider the implementation of authentic material and real life tasks to be of great importance. Depending on each student's individual needs I create lessons that give learners the opportunity to practice and improve all four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and great emphasis is also placed on grammar and vocabulary.我的教学资料

Natassa is a wonderful teacher who inspires confidence and creates a warm, supportive atmosphere. She is attentive, thoughtful, and knows how to find an approach that truly works for you. Her explanations are highly structured and build into a coherent system, rather than a patchwork of disconnected pieces of knowledge that are hard to retain.
