I have been taking conversational Spanish from Ana for about a year now. She has gone out of her way in every respect to assess and respond to my Spanish gaps. She works hard to truly understand my questions and not just give quick, off-the-cuff responses. She has also been very accommodating to any scheduling need that I have had. Our regular conversation practice is engaging and genuinely enjoyable. Even if we were not practicing Spanish, I would look forward to these conversations each week. To get an idea of how engaging she can be I recommend checking out one of her social media accounts under @analamexicanabr. If, like me, you have some background in Portuguese, she can be particularly helpful as she has navigated between the two languages for herself. In my first lesson with Ana she ran through a set of false cognates between Spanish and Portuguese which has served me many times over the past year. I strongly recommend Ana to support your Spanish adventure.

I have been tutored by Ana for a couple of years now and she is not only the most incredible and professional teacher, but also has become a virtual friend and our conversations have really helped my self confidence in speaking Spanish. Ana lives and breathes teaching and is curious and open and has a very active and inspiring social media presence as a Spanish tutor.
