Shinegi Duong 先生

Duong is a good teacher and is patient with me. And takes time to explain things. She gives me exercises for homework. This can be listening exercises or writing a short text. She puts class notes in a google doc for my later reference. She also has created a document with slides with pictures to explain words. Sometimes uses Youtube or Google images to explanation as well. Good teacher!

Great lesson with Shinegi! Shinegi tested me on some spelling, and my mistakes were mostly small. We also watched a video for a song, and Shinegi would stop the video and ask about the lyrics. Then she would make example sentences that include the new vocabulary. Shinegi keeps the class interesting with videos and other material!

Great lesson with Shinegi! We talked about going to the supermarket. Shinegi made an example dialog on the topic and used some new vocabulary words. We looked at those new words to understand. We also looked at the listening exercises that I did and Shinegi helped me correct my spelling errors. It is getting a easier to hear correctly, thanks to Shinegi's emphasis on listening!
