Hi everyone! I'm an English native speaker from the United States! I have been a language learner for years, studying Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. In my free time I enjoy CrossFit, traveling, nature, watching history and true crime documentaries, listening to comedy or true crime podcasts, playing video/computer games and more! I can share a lot about my interest in CrossFit, true crime and about the United States.教学经验
I consider myself an enthusiastic, calm and loving individual and that translates into my teaching. Also a language learner, thus I like to put on my student hat at times and apply them with my learners. Learning a language is not easy! I have been teaching since 2022, continuing to build my curriculum and experience. I primarily work with children, as I work at a private primary school in Portugal currently, but I teach adults on italki, as well! My experience is with students that are beginner (primarily high-beginner - A2) to advanced (C1). I love to bring games and interactive fun with learners. I am a full-time English Language Primary School Teacher at a private primary school in Lisbon, as well as teaching here part-time. Teaching is my passion and something I truly enjoy. I enjoy utilizing language games to enhance the thought-process in English and provide an interactive and fun way of learning and improving! I challenge my students to use vocabulary and phrases that they'd use in daily life. I utilize discussion topics, games, homework, tests/exams, articles and videos.
