A big "Hello" to you all :) I'm a native English teacher from London and over the years I've had a vast range of experience teaching English to adult students at all levels.
My students come to me with a huge variety of motivations: maybe with a desire to move abroad or perhaps to take an exam, a document for proofreading or often for the love of the language itself.
As for myself, I'm a true eclectic when it comes to life! I love to explore and learn as much as possible :) Cultures, psychology, food, languages, philosophy, nature and the environment, mountaineering, music...anything and everything! For me, teaching online is a dream job. I really enjoy connecting with my students around the globe both in the short and long term. Some students come to me with a quick need - an exam or an application, and others are with me for many years, giving me the privilege of going on their life journey with them.
Improving confidence, fluency, flow and conversation practice, as well as writing improvement, are my areas of speciality. I love to ensure my students are relaxed and comfortable during the class, allowing language to flow more naturally and increasing the student's self-confidence. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I teach online using an adapted version of the method acquired during my teacher training. Utilising videos with a range of accents, alongside pictures for teaching vocabulary and an article to tie the entire topic together, I ensure memories are created using the 'triangulation of memory' technique. It is a more natural way of learning a language as well as a relaxing process.
It enables the student to learn in a comfortable environment, gaining empowerment over their own learning through a structure which is applicable to all contexts.我的教学资料

English TeacherI enjoyed delightful times managing a full teaching timetable, learning and progression of 9 classes of Chinese students aged 4-21 at the Thanmes School of Languages in Huizhou China.
Working and developing as a teacher with a close-knit team and incredibly supportive management, who provided excellent teacher training, this experience was both uplifting and pivotal for me.
2014 - 2015
English TeacherI worked on the Jeollanamdo Language Programme in South Korea, ensuring effective learning and progression of 16 classes of Korean students at three different state schools: two middle schools (aged 13-16) and one high school (aged 16–18).
To reach South Korea, I travelled overland from the UK and back again once I had finished. This included travelling by train through China, Mongolia and Russia - the trip of a life time!

VariousAfter graduating from my Bachelor's degree, I entered onto a national graduate programme for local government in the UK. I was fortunate enough to have many wonderful opportunites for growth and development on this programme, including working across central and local government, in a theatre, directly with the Chief Executive and eventually moving on to a management position as a communications director across a Local Strategic Partnerhsip, which incorporated all local public services.
