Hi, my name is Nicole. I am from South Africa and I current live in Cape Town. I love topics about psychology, finance, science and the military. I enjoy talking about a broad array of topics because I love to expand my overall knowledge. I like to learn from others and hear peoples stories and experiences. I am a straightforward person but although I always say what I think I am still a very understanding person when it comes to making mistakes or not knowing something.教学经验
I teach English and Afrikaans both with a neutral accent.
I care a lot about my students and I try my best to help them as much as possible. I try and help them by sending free external resources they can have a look at in their own time.
I am very talkative at times but when it comes to my students practicing the art of talking comfortably in a conversation I am very quiet.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I am very organised and love having a structure for my lessons. I don't always follow the lesson plan to the point but it helps me to stay on track and it ensures I teach my student everything I planned for that lesson. I like to give my student homework to complete before the next lesson. This helps them to prepare for the next lesson as well as ensure both the student and I know what to expect in the upcoming class.我的教学资料

After six months of lessons with Nicole, I can confidently say that she is one of the best tutors I’ve had on Italki. One hour is never enough; we discuss a wide range of topics like technology, work, the environment, and even philosophy. Although I still struggle with some aspects of English, such as pronunciation and grammar, I now feel much more comfortable expressing myself than I did at the beginning.
She encourages me to speak, helps me understand complex texts, and corrects my pronunciation with precision. Her feedback is always relevant, and she shows remarkable patience, which I consider invaluable qualities in a teacher. I highly recommend her!

Baie dankie Nicole! The lesson was really relaxed and Nicole was a calm and kind person to chat with. She let me speak about topics I enjoyed and corrected me when I went wrong. I felt comfortable to make mistakes and would recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and friendly speaking tutor!
