(i'm back for italki!)Hello! I'm Wang Xinrui! I am a first year graduate student.(22 years old now!) Personality lively and cheerful, love to make friends. I have an experience to teach two foreigners "face to face twice a week and it lasted for 2 months"who are in different Chineses levels. I also was a guide when some of my students came to china to spend their holidays around my city(i really feel inspired when my students get the practice of language!)
I have a wide range of hobbies, such as musicals,history,culture and so on.I am majoring in Literary&drama&film. I hope I can make friends with you while talking to you!!教学经验
I used to teach primary school students for English and Chinese in remedial classes. I always look forward to my lessons with Grace. In her custom lesson we do a combination of; talking about our week and interests to learn new words, picking a topic of focus (eg weather) that i study in advance to and detailed breakdowns of words i find tricky. We also cover some theory about learning the characters. This variety keeps the lesson fun and exciting. Her pronounciation is very clear and easy to understand. I already feel more confident to speak and use the correct grammar since our classes started.

If you want to be able to pick up a new language quickly, this is the teacher you’re looking for. I’ve been taking lessons with her since November 2025 and I’ve come such a long line now I’m even able to create sentences. Thank you so much Teacher Grace.

Today was the best day ever. My teacher Grace and I looked over my interest in Chinese hip-hop and she helped me not only understand the lyrics of my song favourite song, but also how to pronounce it correctly and understand the meaning as well. I look forward to learning more about Chinese culture, music, poetry, art, and literature. Thank you teacher Grace for all you’ve done.
