Lessons are always very fun and encouraging with Chiaki San, learning about different things with all kinds of activities is a very encouraging way for people like me with not the greatest discipline.

I have been with Chiaki for 3 years now! Chiaki is a great teacher who helps me a lot with my Japanese! She is very knowledgeable in teaching others and has many methods of teaching, from speaking to reading and so on. And she is so fun to learn from! I enjoy every listen with Chiaki and I hope to learn with her for a long time!

Choose Chiaki to be your Japanese teacher - you will NOT regret it!!! She is a wonderful teacher for new students and for those students who have taken lessons with her for a long time. When I first began, she did an amazing job of asking what I wanted to learn, and then she made it really easy to focus on the basics that helped me to start using what I learned right away. Over time, I was able to ask her to help me learn specific things, and she tailored each lesson to what I wanted to learn AND the way I wanted to learn it. Beyond learning, Chiaki is a wonderful wonderful person, and an absolute delightful person to know. I feel as though I found a friend and a great teacher. I can't recommend Chiaki more!!!

I have studied Japanese with Chiaki-san for around 3 years now and it has always been very fun. The lessons have greatly improved my communication skills.
