Bonjour! I’m Maude, a native French speaker from Quebec, Canada. As a lifelong language learner, I truly understand the challenges of mastering a new language. My passion is helping adults reach their language related goals, whether is it through exam preparation or relaxed conversational lessons to build confidence in real-life French. When I'm not teaching, you’ll find me cooking, reading, making zines, looking for new music, or planning my next travel adventure!教学经验
I'm a laid back teacher, it is very easy to make yourself comfortable with me. I like to keep my lessons light-hearted and casual. I'm always very flexible as well and I adapt myself very well to my students' goals.
~Cancellation Policy~
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before the time of our lesson. Otherwise, I will have to charge you for the time you booked with me. I can be understanding in case of emergencies or technical problems. However, this is my only source of income, please be mindful of that. Thank you for your understanding! 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
My teaching style is similar to me as a teacher: casual, laid back, stress-free and light-hearted! I keep my lessons oriented towards conversation and replicating real-life settings. Please, never feel afraid to make mistakes, that is the best way to learn.我的教学资料

I just started tutoring lessons in preparation for my TEF exam, specifically with the writing portion. Maude is patient, explains things and gives me practical advice for how to improve my written French, something I've never practiced. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for someone who is kind and supportive but will push you to improve.

I just finished my first lesson with Maude and I can happily recommend her as your next French tutor. She is as kind and friendly as others say, listens patiently as I stumble through my French, and is tactful in slipping in corrections to my vocabulary or pronunciation. She is attentive during class and provided me notes and homework (which I asked for) after the class.
