Really lovely energy and enthusiasm brought to the lesson

Johanna is the best and most hardest language teacher I've ever had because she sees my potential and knows I can do it. if you are 100% serious about learning and improving your Dutch i highly recommend lessons with her

She canceled the class a few hours beforehand and rescheduled it for a week later without asking if I was available, even though I later told her I wasn’t. I understand that things can come up and schedules sometimes need to change, but when I asked if we could have the class on another day, she didn’t reply for 4 days. I had to message her again to ask about scheduling. The next day, she wrote to say she could have the class in 5 minutes, which I didn’t have time for. Again, I didn’t hear from her for a day. After I asked for a refund, she suggested a date she had already proposed and I had already told her I wasn’t available then. She disappeared again. I expected some sort of apology or at least an acknowledgment that she understood she had handled the situation poorly, but there was none. That is why I’m writing this review.
