Yves knows the Manchu language very well, he is also very familiar with not only grammar and even many Manchu and Chinese cultural elements. We went over the basic of how words are made up, and also basic scripture writing. What’s great is that he makes adjustments according to my English and Chinese background so that Manchu scripture seems easy to learn. Looking forward to have another lesson.
