To be honest, staring at computer making final projects and watch video is extreme exhausting, I'll feel better if having some running. So every body, take care your body, please. 100LS rules: First step: Watch the movie without any subtitles. Second step: Open your native(Chinese) caption and watch again, to understand those parts that you don't know the meanings. Third step: Change to the closed caption(cc) and write down the sentences that you don't get it at the time before, this time have to make sure understand the full meanings in each parts. Fourth step: Keep practicing those phrases until the don't stammer and catch up with the characters. The last step: Only after complete step Fourth can finally come to the last part. Is to turn off all the captions and watch the movie 97 times, each time trying your best to imitate the speak way of every character in the movie. Believe me the most easy way lead to success is to follow the rules.

To value my time, when I got free time I keep catch up watching.I think I might look funny in the waiting room, because it's like I was mumbling to the laptop. But this is the point. This challenge is going to achieved success because it training foreigners become speaking like native speakers. That's why every step is so important, especially the Fourth.
