    我的护照丢了/我把护照弄丢了。

    It was stolen on walking street.
    它是在步行街上被偷的。

    you can make them  in one simple sentence：
    我的护照在步行街上被偷了。

    I will go to the American Embassy soon.
    我会尽快去美国大使馆。

    如果我犯了和之前同样的错误，怎么办？or 如果我重复犯了之前的错误，该怎么办？ “犯 错误” 不是所有动宾结构都可以用“把”字句表示（other examples：说话 做梦） 一般规律是 看得见摸得着的（things you can see&touch) 可以用“把”（洗碗=把碗洗了 看书=把书看了），但是“错误”并不是一个实物性的名词（that means you can not touch it like touch a book，right？） make the same mistake as before “同样”和“重复”都是表示“the same” 但是一个是形容词（adj）一个是副词（adv），所以在句子中的顺序有所区别 更简单的表达是：如果我又（again）犯了之前的错误，怎么办？

This project provides opportunity to study in a university abroad.Otherwise,i'm afraid there is no better way to learn for free. 不知道你所在的学校有没有“交换生”计划，那意味着学校为你提供一所国外的学校进行语言或者其他方面的学习（作为交换，对方学校的学生将在你的学校进行学习）；除此之外，恐怕没有其他免费的方法了（除非是网络，不然就只有语言交换伙伴了）。
