    Realmente no se de alguna universidad que sea completamente de habla hispana, pero puedo contarte sobre mi experiencia. Yo estudio Traductorado en Inglés en la Unversidad Nacional de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina) y tenemos materias en castellano pero también en inglés. El nivel es muy bueno, asi que eso no es una preocupación pero no se si es lo que estás buscando. En carreras de idiomas en general hay clases completamente en inglés pero no en otras carreras... Al menos yo no conozco ningún caso. Y vi muchos estudiantes de intercambio que quizás no estudian idiomas en la universidad pero que vienen a hacer algunas materias por un año o algo así,. Sería cuestión de averiguar ;)

    Hola amigo, soy argentina, y si lo que buscas es estudiar a nivel universitario, te recomiendo mi país :) no conozco las condiciones de la República Dominicana, pero puedo asegurarte que la educación universitaria pública de aquí es una de las mejores, mejor que las privadas (y es gratis), sólo hay que esforzarse y comprometerse a estudiar... Sin embargo, las condiciones de vida son como en el resto de Sudamérica, la pobreza esta en todas partes... Pero en materia de educación superior, es recomendable, ya que los títulos que recibes tienen mas valor que los de otras universidades ;) Con respecto al acento... creo que te podes acostumbrar, como con cualquier acento, al principio parece difícil, pero sólo es cuestión de práctica! Buena suerte! :D

    The correct form is "You are beautiful" The verb "to be" in present has 3 forms: AM, IS and ARE With the person "I" you use "am": I am Cinthia With the persons "He/She/It" you use "is": He is my friend With the persons "We/You/They" you use "are": You are beautiful Hope this helps!! :)

    What I learnt is this: You use "will" to talk about predictions like "It will rain tomorrow" (it's not certain, it's something that could happen or not) You use "going to" for planned actions, such as "I'm goin to visit my aunt tomorrow" (the action was planned beforehand). It has the same use as the present continuous: "I'm visiting my aunt tomorrow/ I'm going to visit my aunt tomorrow". They have more o less the same meaning. Hope this helps! :)

    You can say something like "Estoy bien, aunque algo enfermo" o "No me siento muy bien de salud". In general, people ask "How are you?" as a social elicitation to which you always have to answer "fine", no matter if it is true or not... So for me is better to answer "Estoy bien, pero..." and then tell the other person that you are sick :)
