Here is an exercise to help you grow mentally as an English learner, thus helping you to grow as an English communicator.
The exercise is called 'associations' the goal is to think up/create as many associations when you think of 2 words: fear, negative attitude.
I did a podcast for my students on "Being scared will make you fail a job interview or IELTS speaking!"
You can listen to it by following the link or going Podcasts section on Italki's community website.

I take it deeper and share my experience of how to overcome worrying and frustration when you are preparing for an important exam such as IELTS or before a job interview in English.
Enjoy doing both activities and when you ready - apply for my private classes now.
