That’s why it’s important to plan your time. Making a schedule or saying “no” to extra work can help. Some companies now understand how important this balance is. They offer flexible hours or let people work from home. This makes it easier for workers to take care of both work and family. In the end, balance means not working all the time, but also not forgetting your responsibilities. A healthy balance gives people more energy and a better life.
