I came across a report about poor eating habits that I'm just worried about and would like to summarize and share some of the interesting points here. I'm a food lover. However, I didn't know about poor eating habits which can weaken our bones. The article said it is up to your daily eating habits whether to strengthen your bones or weaken them. The four eating habits as follows have bad affects on bones. 1) Prefer food with heavy seasoning. Getting excess salts promotes egesting calcium as urine and can increase risk of losing the amount of calcium in bones. If you eat two more gram of salt every day, you lose 25% of calcium in 50 years. The salt consumption target per day is below 7.5g in case of men and below 6.5 in case of women. 2) Often eat snacks and processed foods. These usually use phosphorous as food additive. Eating too much phosphorous prevents absorbing calcium. 3) Have some coffee and tea frequently. Caffeine also prevents absorbing calcium. Too much coffee has bad effect on body, such as it has bad affect on bones if you grab more than 5 cups of coffee. 4) Drink alcohol frequently. Alcohol prevents absorbing calcium as well and drives you to egesting as your urine. On top of that, it also prevents absorbing vitamin D which has ability to strengthen bones. Unfortunately, I fall under all this time. So, I think I need to alter my eating habits as soon as possible in addition to my diet and lifestyle.

I do not have any memes or drafts to post. They require a lot of time for me to do. I also lost interest in doing them for fun and posting them on iTalki. The original idea was to explore and express complex conversations, situations and ideas as a form of practice, self-discovery and studying. ChatGPT was a big help. I asked specific questions like: how do you use the word POREM in a sentence, could you provide me more examples, what is the difference between AO and PRO etc. I would share my draft with ChatGPT, it will tell me my mistakes and then I correct them alone OR...I ask chatGPT how would they phrase what I am trying to express. I then adopt the pattern or idea, figure it out, and do this until chatGPT tells me everything looks good. At times in can be very frustrating because its a guessing game...just a little. And on some occassians I accept defeat if I truly cannot figure it out and I am exhausted from trying. Through this I discovered 1 thing. 1) consistency is extremely important. No matter how you study or choose to practice, if you are not putting in that time, expect to see little progress. Its like...going to a gym. If you go 1 day a week to the gym for 60-90 minutes, expect to see little to no progress. Even during my bad times in my life, I made it a habit to study or practice portugues everyday. In my mind, something was better than nothing. As a learner and student, I was very particular and an overthinker, and the irony is that those two qualities did not matter, because with time I eventually developed the comprehension for specific things, situations, slang,basically whatever. The more I studied and practiced, the more I realized things. Its like...a switch in the brain. Like a light switch that goes on and off. That once that switch is on you understand and laugh because now you do not understand the reason why you were overthinking and stressing out. Language learning does not have to be stressful.
