Skills training in areas such as project management, problem-solving, and decision-making can empower employees to take ownership of their work and reduce the need for constant supervision.

Furthermore, micromanagement can create a culture of dependency. Upskilling initiatives can foster a growth mindset and encourage employees to seek out new challenges.
