这个星期网上的热门话题是王心凌。她是一名歌手。十多年前她非常火，因为她的长相甜美，而且歌曲和舞蹈很少女，收获了不少粉丝，特别是男粉丝。上个星期五她参加的一档综艺节目《乘风破浪的姐姐》开播了。今年39岁的她穿着当年的少女裙子，唱着那首经典的歌曲《爱你》。熟悉的歌词和舞蹈一下子勾起了很多人的青春回忆。于是，她又火了，上了热搜。

My client Sara joined our meeting very stressed out; frustration etched on her face. Her new team floundered, lacking direction and motivation. Each week, a late evening mimicked future challenges as we roleplayed difficult conversations. Between meetings, personalized notes praising contributions or progress toward goals landed in team members' inboxes.

A month in, the shift was undeniable. Projects progressed  efficiently through completion, and surveys reflected a happier, more motivated team. Motivated by her success, Sara, once terrified of public speaking, volunteered for an industry conference presentation. Daily clear communication, bolstered by these additional habits, had woven a tapestry of leadership. Sara's transformation, fueled by consistent improvement, was a testament to the power of habit stacking.
