Can I use 'better' instead of 'refreshed' in the following sentence?
Can I also use 'recharged'?
"I was tired after the long flight, but I felt refreshed after sleeping at the hotel."
Thank you!

Yes, you could use any of these. We would understand better to mean something like refreshed. Recharged would be unusual but it would make perfect sense.
You could also use words such as 'revitalised', 'reinvigorated' or anything with a similar meaning.

‘Recharge’ has a similar idea, but we wouldn’t typically ‘feel’ recharged.
‘Refresh’ is more common as a verb, or with ‘to be’
I need to recharge.
Take this week off. Recharge your batteries.
After the long weekend, I’m recharged.
It’s a slightly different idea than ‘refresh’ since it references a capacity to do more work. Being ‘refreshed’ is a return to a purer and better state.
