Japanese language competition entry - My favourite Manga おっす、皆！手伝ってくれる？来月に小さな日本語の競争に出るつもりので、その前に僕の脚本を完璧にしたいから、良ければ皆が僕の脚本を直してくれる？Hi guys, I need your help! I'm entering a small Japanese speaking contest next month and I'm trying to fix the errors in my script so can you help me please! 皆さん、こんにちは！今日は僕のお気に入り漫画について話します。その漫画は「エンジェル伝説」と言います。Good afternoon everyone. Today I will be talking about my favourite manga. Angel densetsu. この漫画は千九百九十二年に著したので、ちょっと古いですけれども、まだすごくいいと思います。This manga was released in 1992 so it is kinda old but, it's still really good. 二千五年で僕は初めてこの漫画を読んで、少しだけ読んだ後で、釣られました。I read this manga for the first time in 2005 and after I read a little I was hooked. その時まで、こんな漫画を読んだことがなかったから、引き付けました。I had never read a manga like this before so I thought it was very interesting. 話はとても面白いし、感動の気持ちもあるし、全部のキャラクターが好きでした。The story is very funny but also very moving and I really liked all the characters. この漫画は主人公の「北野誠一郎」と呼ばれた少年について、学校で彼の友達が欲しい望みです。The manga is about a teenage boy named Kitano Seiichirou and his desire to make friends at his new school. でも彼はとても怖い顔があるので、皆が彼を恐れて、いつも逃げてしまいました。But, he has a very scary face and so everyone is afraid of him and always run away from him. だんだん怖い顔を持っているのに、実は彼が優しい人だと皆が気付いて仲良くなります。Gradually, despite his scary face, everyone realises that he is actually a nice person and become friends with him. 彼の怖い顔のせいで、たくさん誤解があるので本当に面白すぎです。Due to his scary face there are many misunderstandings and so it’s really funny. きっと皆さんも読んでみたら、好きだと思います。I think if you (guys) read it too you will like it. ここでスピーチを終わりにします。お聞いてくれてありがとうございました。 That’s the end of my speech. Japanese language competition entry - My favourite Manga Good afternoon everyone. Today I will be talking about my favourite manga. Angel densetsu. This manga was released in 1992 so it is kinda old but, it's still really good. I read this manga for the first time in 2005 and after a few chapters I was hooked. The story is very funny but also very moving and I really liked all the characters. I had never read a manga like this before so I thought it was very interesting. The manga is about a teenage boy named Keiichiro nantoka and his attempts to make friends at his new school. The problem is that he has a very scary face and so everyone is afraid of him and always run away from him. Gradually people learn that he is a nice person despite his scary face and become friends with him. It really is a very funny manga and I always laugh when I read it. I think if you (guys) read it too you will like it. Thank you for listening. I need to write that paragraph in Japanese which I will do next time. 頑張ります！

今日は銀行を行った 最近、僕のバンクアカウントは色々な問題があったので、治すために銀行に行った。でも銀行に行く時、I.Dを持っているのを必要なのに、忘れちゃった。だけど銀行員は「僕がセキュリティの質問を答えられば、大丈夫だ」と言ったから、全然問題がなかった。本当に感謝をしていた。銀行は近くないから、もしダメだったら、大変なことになるので、その銀行員が最高だった。これから大事なものを忘れない絶対に。。。きっと。。。たぶん。。。だよね！(笑）

今日から毎週で作文を書きます　－　2016年 08月 06日 僕の生活はつまらないです。毎週同じことばかりしているから、当たり前かな。。。(笑）　まあ、僕は車椅子にいるから仕方ないだろー。毎日起きて、テレビを見て、日本語勉強して、ゲームをして、見たことある映画を見ながら寝ます。楽しくないことについて書きたくないですけれども、そうすれば皆から相談してもらえると思います。僕は何とか新しいことしたいです。なんでもいいから皆の意見を聞きたいです。車椅子にいるのでいろいろできないけど、もし誰かが考えがあれば、是非コメントしてください。ありがとうございます。

僕の犬が死んでしまった I wrote this in response to a discussion thread but, I thought I should put it here too. モーガンさんの気持ちがよく分かります。僕の大好きな犬も先月に死んでしまった。犬の名前はジェッスでした。若い時からずっとヒップ異形成(Hip dysplasia) の病気があったのに、十年でちゃんと生きていました。今、寂しいし、悲しいけど、なんかジェッスの写真を見るとか、ジェッスのことについて考える時、笑ってしまいます。絶対に忘れません。さようならジェッス。 Morgan I really understand how you feel. My dog also passed away last month. Her name was Jess. She lived a full life for 10 years despite having Hip Dysplasia from a young age. Right now I'm sad and lonely but, somehow when I think about Jess or see I picture of her I can't help but smile. I'll never forget her. Goodbye Jess.

So, whose been to Japan?

Hello people,

I went to Japan like 5 years ago for a study year abroad and it was amazing! I lived in Sapporo, Hokkaido and it was the best year of my life. I got to try all kinds of Japanese food as well as skyrocket my Japanese level from nothing to decent. Also I got to learn snowboarding as it snows for like 5 months in Hokkaido. So, I wanna know where you guys have been in Japan and what it was like. 

P.S Was too lazy to write this in Japanese but feel free to comment in Japanese if ya like! ;)

今日は久しぶりのサンドを作った サンドを作るのは普通の人と別に大したことないと思うけど、僕にはすごいだよ。なぜなら、２０月ぐらい出来なかったから。。それで僕の作り方を教えるよ。まずはパンにバターを付けて、パンのクラスとを切って捨ててね。その後で、サラダとか、入れたいものを入れて、サンドを畳んで、完璧のサンドを作ったよ。実際にあまり難しいことじゃないと分かっているんですけれども、時々一番いいことは簡単だと思うよ。なんってなー。サンドを作るのは頑張ってね！^^ (笑)

新しい家に住む そろそろ引っ越しすると思う。なぜなら、僕とためにかな。今の家は僕の必要なことがないから引っ越しするしかいないと思う。障碍者の人を生活するとして、こう言うことについて考えなければならないね。でも悪いことじゃなくて、その新しい家はすごいよ。そこで住めばすごくいいと思うし、きっともっと回復できる。しかしなんか怖いね。色々知らない人に会って、仲良くなるかどうか知らないし、もし何とか問題があったら、困るかもしれない。でも命はそう言うことだろうね。頑張ってみるしかいないと思う。やるぜ~
