A smart phone is an essential items for almost every one, no matter what age you are. You can test how long you can keep alone without your smart phone. My limit is around 30 seconds. The anxiety from keeping aways smart phone is really stronger than anything eles, even exceeds the feeling of breaking up. Nobody can stop the development of technology.
