I usually run 3 miles everyweekend. But After the Covid broke out, it's been one year that I haven't been run. With regard to that, I'm concerned about my lung capacity. I can't believe Alan Turing was such a great runner that he could've been selected as a marathoner for the British Olympic team. He ran a marathon in 2:46. I also do pull ups, push ups and squats biweekly to stay in shape.

i started exercise last month it really useful for mental health and for healthy life style , I do streching and cardio , everyday but somtimes i become really lazy i dont do and i wanna improve my body shape but i cannot find the right exercise for it .

Each morning I do few simple exercises: 1 circle = few pull-ups + few squats + few push-ups + few squats. And I do 4-5 circles with 1 minute of a rest between circles.

Unter Lockdown muss ich zu Hause bleiben. Ich spaziere die Umgebung gering, aber ich zu Hause die Seilspielen und Yoga oft machen. Ich möchte ein dünn Mann Werden.

This month to start again of Gym and assist for the class Boxing. Is for me a letter long this class because for a long time not I don't exercise. And of another day I do two machines and use Jump. Jump of moment 10 minutes more combination of another exercise.

Je pratique la cours à pied et parfois du calisthenic. J'essaie de garder au minimum trois fois par semaine de exercice physique.

Siccome non ho la patente cammino molto ogni giorno e vado anche in bicicletta. Un paio d'anni fa quando lavoravo nel centro della mia città ci andavo spesso in bicicletta, appunto. Di tanto in tanto mi piace anche giocare a badminton. In futuro mi piacerebbe iniziare ad andare in palestra per tenermi in forma.

Actually I like to do push-ups and I do it 6 days a week 15x3 and I think push-up is very hard exercise.

我自己喜欢做很多各种各样的运动, 我就做运动,我就喜欢做的 我喜欢做得运动我下面写下来一下 1. 瑜伽 悉尼封城的时候,健身房和运动地方都关闭了,所以没办法就在家里做运动 因为这原因, 我开始做瑜伽,我每天会做瑜伽 ,但是每天会做20分钟和1个小时左右的,做运动不需要很多东西,就是地就好了 2. 柔术 柔术也非常好的,柔术是一个武术,所以技术要了解更多的, 我每个星期做这样的运动两次 3. 游泳 游泳是我很喜欢做得运动,因为会享受很多,悉尼有很多沙滩和游泳池 所以我喜欢去游泳,然后带护目镜可以看到很多鱼 我会做这个在周末的时候,每个星期一次去 4. 去健身房锻炼身体 这个跟瑜伽和柔术做得时候,就会每个星期一次做, 我会注意练习我退,会做深蹲 现在奥米克戎肺炎出来了, 我觉得有点大的问题 因为去做运动很麻烦, 我停一下做柔术和去健身房
