Scientists say fasting for 12-16 hours optimises body functions, leading to improved wakefulness, healthy weight loss and removal of harmful substance. Skipping breakfast nicely meets the fasting requirement. My uncle have substituted breakfast with coffee for years and never caught a cold. Another advantage of skipping breakfast is to save time in the busy morning. People can sleep longer instead of preparation and cleaning up. Both views are evenly reasonable, and in my opinion, which works better depends on one's inner clock. Studies have revealed that early birds and night owls are innate characteristics. When somebody has a nocturnal chronotype, they may feel no appetite in the morning. It seems biologically correct for people to listen to their bodies, which tell them when to eat. In conclusion, it is hard to determine whether skipping breakfast is good or bad, and it boils down to the question of personal preference.

China has a one-child policy in which every married couple can only have one child. This is because the population has grown so large and the government is trying to prevent problems from an overcrowded country. While this law is helping to keep the population more controlled, it is also causing some other problems. What is your opinion of this law? The student should give an opinion and elaborate. At the least, he/she should provide reasons for his/her opinion. The test giver can be the “devil’s advocate” and take the opposite side (whatever it is). Many relationships were destroyed. T: China was poor. As the only child in their family, They got more resources and a better education. S: children without the support of siblings face various negative effects on their mental health. when the children grow up and enter the society, they don't know how to cooperate, trapping them in a life of poverty. T: Isn't it a stereotype? Even though they don't have a sibling, They have parents and grandparents. S: parents’ and grandparents’ love are different to siblings’. They cater and spoil their children and grandchildren.

The sun was shining today. Music came first in the morning, I practiced my scales and arpeggios diligently after Vivian's chide last night. I hadn’t practiced enough obviously. Focused, I tackled those exercises before lunch. The afternoon took a turn towards the visual arts! Dad taught me about perspective drawing - how to use lines to create the illusion of depth and distance. I am not really into drawing, but anyway, I could grasp it. Overall, a very artistic day indeed!

Step up, absolutely, the dancing romantic movie. The series of Step Up movies are so fantastic, the soundtracks of the movies are unique and special that make me immersed the detail scenary of the movies in every broadcast. The series of movies are about the ambitious youngsters chased the fame and famous in a harsh and unfriendly society which discrimine the youngsters who do the activities disobeying the social norm. The very talent youngsters will film themselve and dance in the airport, train and even container depot in a short period of time in order to express their talent and dispression to the world. The romance between the main characters struggle in giving up or keeping up dance in reality. At the end, the lover of course will fall in love with others and their hardworking will gain public appreciation. Thank you@

It is hard to say, because the fuel price is one of the most important index in the international trade market. It is influenced by many elements, and its price change can also bring butterfly effect to human's life. so it is inappropriate to change the fuel price just because of a simple reason. I think in stead of increasing fuel price, we can make more efforts on exploring sustainable resources or alternative resources to solve the environmental problems.
