It just needs you spend a few time walking to work. On the way to work, you need to walk fast and lightly for three minutes, then walking slowly for another three minutes. According to some studies, it can very reduce stress and improve people's blood system.I have been practicing it for threee days. After exercising for 15 minutes on my way to work, I sweat a little and feel really relaxed and energetic for the whole day.
