What you have to do is just hearing Japanese language a lot, like podcasts, movies, animes, music,YouTube videos etc... and speak it . I believe that helps you to pick up words and sentence structures naturally. And you can also pick up native terms from it as well. That will help you speaking Japanese a lot. I've studied about Japanese grammar at training school and I have an experience as a teaching assistant at Japanese school in Cambodia.
