Korean Conversation 2 - Lesson 6.  Part 1 -아지다/-어지다/-여지다,  Part 2 -으니까/-니까  (Beginner 2)

EL POZOLE.

INGREDIENTES

(Para 8 Personas)

1 kilo de maíz cacahuazintle descabezado
1 cabeza de ajos entera
1 1/2 kilos de maciza o de pierna de puerco
2 puntas de lengua de res grandes, muy bien lavadas con agua fría y bien talladas con el cuchillo para quitarles toda la baba
1 cebolla partida a la mitad para cocer las carnes
Sal al gusto
6 chiles anchos desvenados, despepitados y remojados en agua muy caliente
1 cucharada de orégano
caldo donde se cocieron las carnes, el necesario
Para acompañar el pozole:

2 lechugas orejonas medianas, lavadas, desinfectadas y rebanadas delgado
1 manojo de rabanitos bien lavados, desinfectados y rebanados delgado
2 cebollas medianas finamente picadas
orégano seco desmenuzado
limones partidos en cuarterones
6 tostadas
verduras y chiles en vinagre

PREPARACIÓN

El maíz se enjuaga muy bien y se le quitan las cabecitas que pudieran haberle quedado (son los puntitos negros al final de cada grano), pues si no, no “florea”; se pone a cocer con agua a cubrir y sin sal hasta que esté suave. Aparte, las carnes por separado se ponen a cocer con cebolla y sal, y cuando estén muy suaves, la lengua se pela muy bien de su piel exterior y tanto la maciza de puerco como la lengua se desmenuzan en trozos grandes. Los chiles anchos se muelen con su agua de remojo y el orégano y se cuelan en la olla donde están los granos de maíz. Se agrega ahí el caldo donde se coció la carne de puerco; se sazona con sal y se deja hervir todo junto durante 15 minutos. El caldo del pozole debe quedar como un atole muy ligero.

PRESENTACIÓN

Se retira la cabeza de ajo del caldo, se divide en dos partes el pozole y a una se le añade la lengua y a la otra la maciza; se sirve muy caliente acompañado por el resto de los ingredientes.

前回のPodcastでは、3.11について話しました。
2011年の3/11、東日本大震災がありました。

それまでも日本は地震が多い国でしたが、この震災をきっかけにさらにいろんなことが変わりました。

建物の耐震基準を強化しました。
耐震は地震に耐える、ということです。

既存の建物の耐震性の診断と改修が促進されました。
今ある建物が大丈夫か調べます。問題があればなおします。

防災意識が高まりました。
防災訓練を真剣にしたり、家に水などを備蓄、置いておいたりして、いつ震災があってもいいように準備をします。


地震と聞けば怖い、と思いますが、大きな地震でなければ、日本は全く問題がない、安全な国です。
