The weather in Japan has been cooling off lately. It's great to exercise more, come fall. 🤔I've heard that it's good to exercise when our metabolism is going up in preparation for winter. 💪In Japan, there's a term, "autumn of exercise, 運動の秋." However, these days we can't go outside much because of the corona virus situation. Even so, fall is a good season to get in a lot of exercise.🙌✨
