The fact that enormous sums are paid for pieces of art is not acceptable at a time when people around the world live in poverty. To what extent do you agree? Nowadays, some artwork is traded at exorbitant prices, and some people think it as unacceptable because such large sums of money could save millions of people in poverty. I tend to agree with the opinion as it seems like the rich few monopolise the world wealth. Some pieces of art are extremely expensive. Paintings by the great artists, such as Van Gogh, cost over million dollars. If the amount of money were used for charity, the number of those who in need would decrease. On the contrary, purchase of artwork is a personal transaction, and it should not be criticised much. It is just that wealthy individuals have enough money to pay for expensive artwork in the same way as large mansions, luxurious cars and defensive stocks. In conclusion, although it is a matter of private sphere, the exessive prices of some pieces of work seem unreasonable when considering the wealth gap between the rich and the poor.

In our daily life, we rend to do some things which are easy ,but can make us feel relaxed. The only disadvantage of these things is that they easily lose effect after doing them for few times. For example, you just enjoyed a fantastic meal yesterday that made you very happy, but if you still enjoy it today, will it still make you feel happy. In that case, we are conteolled by one special kind of chemical called Dopamine. The chemical can make everyone feel excited but can't last too long. Meanwhile, another chemical in our boby has the same effort but it can last for longer time. It is Endorphin which is usually hard to create in our bodies. The process of creating is is very complex. We should experience some tough time at first. For example, running or working out. Everyone has might experieced the feeling that we were tired while doing exercise, but if we kept it up, finally we would feel relaxed a lot. It is related to Endorphin relaesing during exercise. The better thing is that we find that we become patienter and stronger by doing physical exercise.

I came across an article online about new rechargeable battery system and would like to share it here. Massachusetts Institute of Technology[MIT] developed rechargeable device which mixes carbon materials to cements. If we use this device as a house foundation, we can store a day worth of energy which we use at home. This technology also might be able to apply to roads which can charge electric cars in the future. The device are mixed and hardened with general cements, water and carbon black that carbon is main component particle. Cement plays a role as insulators and carbon black does as electrodes. They demonstrated that wetting with liquid electrolyte is able to store electric power and to turn on LED light. The greatest feature on the device is hard to deteriorate. That means it is maintenance free. If this cement is used for basic concrete of common house in the U.S, they estimate that we can store 10kWh. In general, I think it is hard to install rechargeable battery afterwards since it is expensive. On the other hand, we might not feel that pricey if we ask house makers to use this cement when we try to build our house.
