What are the benefits of Yoga?

I got fat. Not obese, but I got fat. Who said that asians are skinny.

A positive teacher-student relationship can form by many way, but I think the most important one is the good performance of the student during the class, generally the teacher love the student whose performance is good in the class.

We should stop non veg food because of we produce animal and they intake 02 and exhale CO2 it affect environment and if here all people are vegitarian then we not produce more animals
