And among all the local specialties, the most unforgettable might just be the chicken rack (鸡架, jī jià). In Shenyang, chicken rack can be cooked in many ways: smoked chicken rack (熏鸡架), cold-mixed chicken rack (拌鸡架), grilled on an iron plate (铁板鸡架), or even vinegar-sprayed (醋喷鸡架). So why do people in Shenyang love chicken racks so much? That’s because Liaoning Province is one of the main producers of white-feather chickens (白羽鸡). Most of the meat is cut off and exported, leaving behind the chicken rack — the bony frame with a bit of meat left. Instead of wasting it, people in Shenyang found creative ways to turn the leftovers into something delicious. Over time, the chicken rack became a popular snack, especially after meals or during breaks at work. Now, chicken racks with different flavors have become a highlight on the Shenyang dinner table. They’re perfect with alcohol and are loved by locals as both a snack and a comfort food. The classic style is the grilled chicken rack (烤鸡架). A good one is grilled until the outside is crispy while the inside stays tender and juicy. That thin layer of meat, hidden under the crunchy skin, carries intense flavor. Besides grilling, people also boil, fry, or stir-fry chicken racks in their own .Some people might say: “But there’s not much meat on a chicken rack, what’s so great about it?” But the magic isn’t just in the amount of meat — it’s in the flavor and the eating experience. As the “City of Chicken Racks” (鸡架之城), Shenyang consumes hundreds of millions of chicken racks every year. So if you ever visit Shenyang, don’t forget to try some chicken rack — you’ll definitely find a flavor or cooking style you like. And while you’re at it, try some other local favorites like Lao Bian Dumplings (老边饺子) and Majia Shaomai(马家烧卖) too!

So, we can't say that the developing of ecectric cars is the end of gas powered cars, but we expect electric cars can save more money and give more conveniences to consumers.

Good morning! It was raining heavily from the morning, and the humidity was terrible. Today, I only had one class, and my club activity was canceled, so I had more free time than usual. However, I have two tests tomorrow, so I need to study hard tonight. I hope the weather gets better soon.
