ASHENDA: CELEBRATION OF FEMININITY Ashenda is a traditional festival celebrated primarily in parts of Ethiopia, particularly the Tigray region. It usually takes place in August and marks the end of the rainy season. The festival is characterized by vibrant celebrations that include singing, dancing, and various cultural activities. Ashenda is a time for young women and girls to celebrate their femininity. Participants often wear traditional clothing, with young girls dressing in beautiful dresses made from cotton and adorned with colorful decorations. Ashenda is celebrated on the 16th of August in the Ethiopian calendar, which corresponds to the 22th August in the Gregorian calendar. Ashenda is not only a time for joy and festivity but also an opportunity for cultural expression and community solidarity.

I suggest reading easy business articles or watching short videos like TED Talks to learn natural words and ideas. Practicing speaking with these habits makes skills stronger. These tips help students get better at Business English step by step. Whether they’re preparing for job interviews or leading a team, these ideas build a strong base.

My country India is very culturally diverse. We have many languages, dialects, religions, and traditions, it’s almost like having many countries within one. When our Constitution was written, it was built on the idea of secularism so that everyone, no matter their faith or background could feel they belong here. But lately, I feel this diversity has at times become a reason for people to divide. Sometimes, when people strongly identify with a certain culture, they begin to see others as “different.” For me diversity is such a beautiful thing and should be a reason for people to connect, not pull apart. I see this not just in India, but around the world too. The world feels increasingly divided along cultural lines in the last few years. I know I’ve gone a bit off-topic here, but that’s what it feels like

It was stormy today, the downpour cascaded for hours and nearly flooded the streets. I don't know if it's just me, but every time there's a heavy storm like this, my internet connection gets really flaky. It lags a lot, and sometimes I even get 404 errors. Especially on Wi-Fi, I often have to reboot the router multiple times throughout the weather. I've studied about this electromagnetic spectrum thingy lately, and I wonder if this has something to do with the storm itself. Maybe the heavy rain or intense electrical activity in the clouds is interfering with the signal? After all, even visible light is an electromagnetic wave, so different frequencies can definitely affect each other. Maybe it was like the storm hijacked my WiFi?
