Recently, I caught a cold. It started last week when I got a sore throat, and since then, l've had a persistent cough. I was relieved that I didn't get a fever, but the pain in my throat gradually got worse day by day. After taking some medicine, I felt a little better, but it still took time to recover completely. I think the reason I got sick is because the weather has been getting colder lately. Since l've had a lot of presentations and midterm exams recently, I realized that I really need to take better care of my health so l don't have to miss any classes. Also, as the flu has been spreading these days, I'm trying to be more careful. For example, by wearing a mask when I take the train and by washing my hands and gargling regularly. I also want to make sure I get enough sleep and try not to be stressed. I want to stay healthy.

Though I always hear some experts say that less screen time and more free time is good for our health, nobody does it. In fact, more and more people don't know what they should do without their smart phones. So, we have to accept the fact that smart phones have been playing the most important role in our daily life. In that case, communication apps provide new ways for people to keep their interpersonal relationship which are really different the common ways. These social meidas make a new human race, they call them "I-Man".We do everything with different apps. They seldom meet people in person. So, we need to master the skills to use these apps. This is what the world requries us to do!

Hi, it’s been a while. I really want to travel abroad recently. The place I want to visit the most is Northern Europe, especially Finland. I want to go there because the city is stylish, and there are many cute shops. Also, the atmosphere is peaceful and close to nature, which I really like. Finland is also known as the country where Santa Clause lives. In winter, you can meet him there! Since Christmas is my favorite event of the year, I want to visit there and see him. It is one of my dream rest of my life. To make this dream come true, I’m working hard at my part time job now. I don’t know if I can do it while I’m still a student, but having a goal makes my work meaningful. I will have the best experience in my life. One day, I want to look back and say, I did it!
