It can be but that the man is honest. 4. It can be that the man is honest. Question: Which is grammatically correct? What does the “It” respectively refer to ? What does the conjunction “but that” function as by grammar here? Rewrite the sentences above in an easy way for me to understand (due to my terrible and poor English)

Happy Holidays from English tutor Alice on Italki in the United States! I celebrate Christmas. I'm returning to tutoring starting this Friday! I have availability this weekend!

Today is Christmas. I don't have any special plans today, but I'm going to stay at home with my mother. We will watch TV together and eat food and cake. I think it will be a calm and nice day. Yesterday was Christmas Eve. During the daytime, I worked at my part-time job. I was a little tired, but I was excited about the night. From the evening until this morning, I spent time with my friends. We drank alcohol, ate cake, and talked a lot. These friends are in the same dance club as me, and we are very close. We had a club event on December 20, and after that, we will not be able to meet until the New Year. I felt sad about that, so I talked with my friends and invited people who were free. The best part was talking together for a long time. We laughed and shared many stories. Also, I made a cake in the evening, and everyone ate it together. They said it was delicious, so I was very happy and proud. I really love my friends in this club, so spending Christmas with them made me feel very happy. I hope we can hang out a lot again next year.
