One Minute Freestyle Speaking Challenge: Work-Life Balance
The goal of my 1 minute podcasts is to have you communicate in a freestyle manner - without criticizing or over analyzing your performance.
Additional goal - building up more confidence and improve your story telling skills.

Some idioms to use in today's story:
1. Burning the candle at both ends
Refers to working excessively hard, both early and late, leading to exhaustion.
2. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy
Suggests that without time off from work, a person becomes both bored and boring.
3. Keeping your nose to the grindstone
Indicates staying focused and working hard, but can imply neglecting other important aspects of life.
4. Work hard, play hard
Encourages balancing intense work with equally intense leisure activities.
5. Finding the sweet spot
Refers to achieving the perfect balance between work and personal life.
Include some of them in your short story and pat yourself on the back for achieving another goal!
