今日は6月27日。天気は晴れ。快晴です。きれいに晴れています。気温は24℃。いつもより暑いです。

みなさんが住んでいるところはどうですか？


今日は、毎朝コーヒーを淹れることについて話します。
みなさんは、コーヒーは好きですか？
私はとても好きです。
自分でコーヒーを淹れることもとても好きです。

私は、去年まで会社で働いていました。
その時は忙しくて、毎朝コーヒーを淹れることはしていませんでした。その時間を作ることが出来ませんでした。

今は前より自分の時間があります。
朝はじめのルーティンが、コーヒーを入れることです。

毎朝コーヒーを淹れる理由はこの3つです。
1つ目、ルーティンで1日のリズムを作る
2つ目、コーヒーを淹れる工程を楽しむ
3つ目、おいしく焙煎できているかの確認

ルーティンで1日のリズムを作る
フリーランスになってから、時間が自由な反面、ダラダラとしてしまいます。そうならないように、できるだけ、朝から晩までやることを決めています。

コーヒーを淹れることからそのルーティンが始まります。

朝コーヒーを淹れないとルーティンがすずれ、その日が思うように進まなくなります。ですので、朝のルーティンはとても重要です。

コーヒーを淹れる工程こうていを楽しむ
私は毎朝コーヒーをハンドドリップで淹れています。
ハンドドリップは毎日味が変わりますが、それも楽しいです。

お湯を沸かし、コーヒー豆を挽き、ペーパーをセットし、挽いたコーヒー豆をセットし、沸かしたお湯でコーヒーを蒸らし、その後ゆっくりとドリップしていきます。

このながれは私をリラックスした気持ちにさせてくれます。毎日同じながれでドリップすることで、コーヒーの状態はもちろん、私自身の考えていることなど、小さな変化に気づけるようになります。   おいしく焙煎できているかの確認
これは私ならではだと思いますが、自分が焙煎したコーヒーの味を確かめるためでもあります。
今は私は、自分で焙煎したコーヒーをオンラインで販売しています。その品質の確認を含めて毎朝コーヒーを淹れています。

コロナ禍になり、自宅での生活を豊かにしたいと考えた時に自分で焙煎をしようと思いました。実際にしてみると、予想以上においしくてびっくりしました。これが私がオンラインコーヒーショップを始めた理由です。

毎朝おいしくできているか確認をして、お客様に発送しています。


 
私にとって、コーヒーは1日の始まりのスイッチを入れてくれるようなものです。
