Spanish people are warm-hearted and friendly. Spain has a lot of immigrants, and I’m one of them! But one thing I really appreciate about Spanish people is that they never make immigrants feel like they don’t belong or that they’re a burden on the country. My experience of living with Spanish people has been full of lovely memories. Of course, I live in northern Spain, in the Basque Country, so I don’t know if people are just as friendly and welcoming in every part of Spain. Here’s an interesting fact about the Basque people: many of them don’t consider themselves Spanish. They say, “We’re Basque, not Spanish!” Anyway, Spanish culture is something I’ve always found fascinating. One thing that really stands out to me is how much Spanish people enjoy creating happy moments and making the most of life. They love dancing, singing, and celebrating at festivals and carnivals. They also love going to bars, having a few drinks, and chatting with each other about all kinds of everyday things. And gossiping is definitely one of their favorite pastimes! 😂 Spanish people also have a great sense of style. They really know how to put an outfit together and pay a lot of attention to their appearance, clothes, and overall look. They love traveling, too, and in general, they really know how to enjoy life. They’re not big fans of overworking, and they like having at least an hour-long break in the middle of the workday to relax and have lunch.
