The most difficult book and the one I haven't finished to read is 'Divine Comedy' by Dante Alighieri. It is Spanish but is so difficult to keep a sequence since it has many references at the bottom of each page. What about you? 📖

That book that shook me to the deeps of my yet young soul was Lord of the Flies. I read it more than 10 years ago, today I still vividly remember pictures I've been imagining while reading the book and they are horrifying sometimes. BTW could you explain the difference between horrific and horrifying? I didn't get it.

Quando ero piccolo legevo tanti libri da Agatha Christie perchè erano gli unici libri in inglese che potevo comprare a quel posto dove vivevo a quel tempo. Da qualche anne, non leggo i suoi libri e non mi piacciono più. Però, senza i quelli libri non avrei scoperto il mio amore per la lettura. Quindi sono i libri più importante per me.

El libro que ha cambiado mi vida probablemente es El Señor de los Anillos. Leí el libro cuando era una niña y empezaba leer muchos libros (aunque normalmente libros para niños o adolescentes). El libro era un poco avanzado para mi, pero soy terca y intenté terminarlo. Cuando había leído casi tres cuartas del libro descubre que había confundido dos personajes. El libro no tuvo sentido para mi! Ahora soy cuidadosa cuando leo; específicamente con los personajes.

It’s called “Le coordinate della felicità” by Gianluca Gotto. That book changed my way of perceiving things. It’s an autobiography and the author talks about his decision of dropping out of college to go to Australia with barely any money. He believed that, in order to live freely, he had to change his lifestyle, to go somewhere else. There are a lot of quotes that I remarked, it’s just so well-written. Overall the book was very interesting and I recommend always recommend it to my friends! I don’t know if there’s a translation of it, the original version is in italian :) Have a nice day everyone!!

I am a big fan of Dr. Ahmed Khaled Tawfik and most of his novels. I read a lot of books by him and many other writers, but the book that affected me the most and made me think about what was going on around me because of his philosophical and deep view of things was the book " في ممر الفئران" “In the Mouse Path.” The book makes you see the nature of human beings when they have power, but the power the book presents is power of a different kind. I hope you read it
