I forgot to tell you another story about my yoga-teacher. Yesterday, we had pranayama in the yoga class, and Alex said: “If you don’t try to breathe carefully, you will go to a live cricket spitting competition. ” After that, a woman from our group said, that it was a very disgusting and stupid action. A guy said that the crickets are the perfect material for spitting. However, no one didn’t said anything about cricket abuse.0 人已投票2018年7月24日2- Every----is used to express "all". Every individual child. I don't suggest using it here because it would be untrue. Not "every" child eats sweets, even though we might expect that they would. For example, if we change the context of the sentence from eating sweets (a sensory experience) to learning (personal growth) it might be easier to use "like every": He learns through experience, like every child. Any---is less specific, used to express things that are more general. "like any child eats sweets"= children "in general" eat sweets, it's not uncommon. The second notebook; I want to know.
I am going to write my diary in this notebook.
Today I was okay and I felt feel happy when I was finished with my work.
But, I don't know why I feel kind of deepressing depressed now.depressed- used to describe our feeling. "I feel depressed" "She has been depressed for a week."
depressing- used to describe a situation. "The news can be very depressing." "Working on weekends can be depressing."
It is really weird, normally I don't feel deepressing depressed. But today actually I do. i am .
What should I do?
Maybe go going to bed early will be helping me.
Right now, I feel empty!
I knew it's know I'm not empty, but it feels like that.
So, I was trying to do some exercise for to make myself feel better. But I didn't do it perfectly, I just went out and hiking a hiked half of Namsan(it's a small mountain) and then just came back to home!
Also, I visited a convenience convener store to buying an ice cream. Too bad. Haha"came back home" "went home" "got home", you never need "to" with "home"
Now! I am going to have an ice cream which I just bought!
It might be helpful for my feeling. Lol (You could say "It might help me feel better." or "It might improve my mood.")
Maybe my body want to have an ice cream so just make some excuses. HahaMaybe my body just wanted an excuse to have ice cream.

I really want to find someone who can have a exchange conversation (conversation exchange/language exchange) with me in English and Chinese for half an hour each day. But I just cannotdon't get any responses after sentsending soooo many "hello" messages. It is 2:18 am now. Maybe I should sleep first and pay money forto asking for help from online teachers.
