However, not everyone is the same . Jessica is a resident in NYC for many years. She’s been paying rent. Her recent living place has been renting for 5 years and she doesn’t want to move . As a senior manicurist, she knows her incomes and her affordable rent price range. She said : “ The rent price soares every year , but the salary rises also .” Jessica expressed nothing to say about the rent . As long as her salary can afford the rent she would not move to a smaller house although with less rent . Jessica has moved frequently, too. She has rich moving experiences.
