Few idioms regarding the 'work' topic that you can use in your story': 1.Swamped/snowed under: Overwhelmed with work; having too much to do. 2. Up to my neck/eyes in work: Extremely busy; deeply involved in a large amount of work. 3. Drowning in work: Similar to “swamped,” but suggests a feeling of being overwhelmed to the point of despair. 4. Have a lot on my plate: Having many tasks and responsibilities to handle. 5. One Minute Speaking Challenge: Gratefulness. If you define gratefulness you'll see various definitions such as: A feeling of thankfulness and appreciation or A recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of something or Gratitude is generally viewed as a positive emotion associated with well-being, joy, and contentment. You can choose your own version for it. The point of this exercise is to let you loosen up (Become less tense or stiff) towards your achievements, successes, results and connect to your Spiritual Heart. In the moment for the moment, Anatoly “In the moment for the moment” suggests focusing entirely on the present, and not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. It implies a state of mindful awareness and complete engagement with whatever is happening now.

Also note that '의' is often omitted. N(이)세요 -(이)세요 is a combination of -이에요/예요 and -(으)시-, which shows respect towards the subject. nouns ending with a vowel + -세요 nouns ending with a consonant + -이세요 무슨 N 무슨 is used when asking someone to choose and answer from a pool of options.

Perseverance, Integrity, Courage, Determination, Grit, Tenacity, Stoicism, Conviction. Some idioms you might want to remember: 1. Made of stern stuff: Resilience and unwavering resolve in the face of hardship. 2. A pillar of strength: Someone who is reliable, supportive, and steadfast, providing strength to others. 3.
