can i say "you almost got me into a heart attack"?
when someone manages to scare me. any other similar expressions? thanks.

Even though 'Got' is a colloquialism; an informal English, I believe that "You almost got me into a heart attack" is also acceptable. However, it'd better for you to say "You nearly/almost gave me a heart attack" instead.
