We require LPO to invoice the charges to A1 Rent a Car, hence, please arrange to provide us the same

It means you are asking a 2Nd person for a purchase order (?) so that you can send a bill to a1 renta car.
If I have understood, then yes, it is grammatically good. But I think it's of that you would send both a purchase order and an invoice to a1?
