Lets get to know each other! We can discuss your future goals, how you like to learn, and your interests. I can design a set of lessons based around you and what you need. You can ask me any questions so you feel comfortable with me as your future teacher.

This trial lesson will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another, and for me to access your learning needs and level. 

It is also the perfect opportunity for you to tell me what your learning expectations are, and how you wish to proceed in learning English. (if you have any)

Hello, my name is Ron come book a trial lesson where we can chat about the best way to go about improving your English and give you some tips for further development.  After the lesson, you can choose your area of expertise and we can work to improve on that subject.

This lesson option is for those who would like to have a brief lesson to get to know me before booking a longer session. These normally work best for conversational lessons, but I'm open to working on whatever you'd like!

Hi. I am brand new on iTalki, so I am just familiarising myself with the platform, as you may be, so don't be afraid to approach me! I may not have experience on iTalki yet, but I have the training and expertise to be a brilliant teacher, so let's get going. 

This is a very informal, relaxed session in which we will get to know each other and I will find out how I can best guide you towards where you need to be. I will make notes on your English usage, finding strengths and weaknesses in your use of grammar, vocabulary and punctuation.  I will get to know what you are interested in learning about, your preferred learning methods and your experience of learning English so far. This will help us a lot when we decide how to approach our journey together and how best to go forward in each lesson.

Together, we will decide if I am the teacher for you and we will make a plan for upcoming lessons. We will schedule when to meet and what we will cover in the sessions to come. I am the teacher and it is my job to guide you, but I like my teaching to be very student-centred. If you are able to, I am more than happy for you to have a significant input in taking the lead in your own language learning. A happy student makes a happy teacher!

Other than this, we will just have a friendly chat to see if I will be the teacher who will help you excel on your English journey. I am confident that I will be!
