Many years ago, when I was younger, I had the thought that my singing voice is lovely, and people may enjoy it, until that fateful moment when I recorded a song .The result was entirely terrible. From that moment I became less confident about my abilities, and started thinking about the other things which I might have prided myself in. Now my conviction is that people shouldn't pride themselves in such a thing before making sure of it. They might be mistaken.

It's called 'click bait,' Miss Night. It's a common tactic on the web. I guess some people just don't care if they waste others' time.
I fell for this tactic, too. I thought it was going to be an interesting story. But what do I get? A guy moaning about his shower voice.
