Is it a right sentence. A dream is something which we see when we are sleeping here.

It's wrong. You can't use the present perfect here. "My dream" refers to what happened last night, and is a finished time period.
I saw you in my dream.
I had a dream about you.
I dreamed about you.

You can also say: I dreamt about you.

Yes that's correct. We would normally say something like "I dreamt that I saw you in my dream last night."
