It was scorching hot today. The sun felt like it could fry an egg on the sidewalk. As planned, I hit the gym after lunch. The treadmill was my first challenge. Unsteady at first, I almost fell off. With my coach's help, I overcame my fear and eventually got the hang of it. After an hour on the treadmill, I moved on to squat lifting. Starting light, my coach had me gradually increase the weight. I did all twenty sets according to the plan by the end. That was intense! To cool down, I ended with a swim which was incredibly refreshing than ever. I think I've found my new workout routine.

Second, the jobs that are dangerous for workers and often need a high level of physical condition. Third, the jobs that are proved harmful to humans body.

The market in japan has seen the sudden drop in the stock price. One guy interviewed in the street said he has lost almost the equivalent amount of cash to a new mercedes-benz. The news says the price has fallen to the level of this January. I guess he might have lost some but the amount should be the gain over the months, so in total, it comes out even. Japan was said to see an unprecedented increase in the market until last month. Nobody was interviewed or said they made a fortune enough to buy a car.
