I came across very interesting comments like science fiction(SF) by a reporter who works for "New Scientist" and would like to share it here. The reporter thinks that people will be able to send human consciousness to Mars through robot's body by Brain Computer Interface(BCI) in their 2030s. BCI is also called "Brain Machine Interface" and it can transmit electrical signals from brain neurons and operate computers and robots just by thinking. BCI has two types which are invasive interfaces and non-invasive ones. The invasive interfaces are more precise even though they put a load on human body because they need to implant electrodes and sensors into a brain by surgery. This technology enables people who can't move their hands and feet to send their message to social media and kick a socker ball just by thinking. Hence, the reporter imagines like this, A woman reached Mars in 2034. In fact, she didn't visit there. She just experienced that through a robot connected to her brain. She operated the robot from her laboratory on Earth to explore Mars, study rocks and build a base. We can feel as if we are on Mars by receiving images and sounds from the robot. I think it is the world like a manga. However, everybody can have opportunity to travel space with affordable cost when the technology comes true in the future.

As for the people who work hard and always feel exhausted, a trip means a great opportunity for relaxing. So do I. Each time, after returning from a trip, I usually keep a good emotion at work for a long time. Then a new plan for the next trip always comes into my mind. There are usually two essentials which can make a trip come ture. First, I need to save enough money for thr tickets, hotels and food. It usually lasts a few monthes to achieve the goal. After I have enough money for a trip, a vacation is necessary. If I have a vacation without enough money for a trip or I have enough money, but can't wait for a vacation, both of the two situations make me to be crazy. After preparing for several monther, I eventually board a plane or a train, the world suddenly gets quiet. All the anxiety and preparation is worth.

🎙 The Shame Loop — When English Starts to Feel Heavy Many learners believe their struggle is with grammar or vocabulary. But for many women I meet, the real challenge begins long before words. It starts with a quiet fear that no one talks about. The fear of sounding smaller than you really are. You know the words. You can lead meetings, build projects, raise families —but when you switch to English, something changes. Your throat tightens. Your energy drops. And you start speaking from survival, not self. That isn’t poor English. That’s emotional memory — the weight of moments when you felt corrected, compared, or unseen. This is what I call The Shame Loop. It’s the invisible pattern that makes your voice shrink the moment you speak. And it’s not a reflection of your ability — it’s a sign that your identity and your voice lost connection somewhere along the way. The good news? You can rebuild that connection. Confidence doesn’t come from perfect grammar. It comes from self-trust under pressure — the ability to stay yourself when everyone’s watching. 💭 Reflection: When did English stop feeling exciting — and start feeling heavy for you? That’s where your fluency begins again.
